Success for Matilda and Stevie at the Nithsdale Rowing Regatta

Matilda Larisma and Stevie Gildert, both in S3 at Wallace Hall Academy, participated in the Nithsdale Rowing Regatta on the river Nith recently.

The girls are part of the Nithsdale Amateur Rowing Club and they competed against various clubs from across Dumfries and Galloway and also from Glasgow at the regatta.

They achieved a gold medal in Novice mixed quad boat and Stevie also achieved a gold in U14 single race. Congratulations girls.
