P7 Induction Days

Staff and pupils at Wallace Hall Academy were pleased to welcome new S1 pupils and their parents during the three induction days recently. These days built on the success of the transition work that has been taking place throughout the year and pupils were excited to meet their new classmates and teachers.

Our S2 buddies did a fantastic job of showing pupils around and our senior mentors and sports leaders kept pupils busy at lunchtimes with sports events and socialising in the HUB. The three days were rounded off with a lovely afternoon of house events and new pupils really got into the spirit of earning points for Scaur, Nith and Cairn.

Thank you to all pupils, staff, parents and partners for contributing to a successful three days, we are looking forward to all of our new S1 pupils starting full time in August.
